Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable regulations.

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• It must be kept in its original packaging.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us photos of both the product and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the product is defective or a shipping error occurred on our end, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
